The Staff Benefits Fair is back and bigger than ever with over 60 exhibitors!
The next event will take place on Tuesday 16 June 2026 in Garden Court on Highfield Campus, from 10:00 to 14:00.
The benefits fair is open to all staff and is completely free to attend, you just need to sign up to register for a free ticket in advance.
What’s more, if you join us at the fair and check in with the Reward & Recognition team on arrival, you’ll be entered into a free prize draw!

The University offers a voluntary Dental Scheme for staff which covers preventative and restorative treatment, with the flexibility to visit any dentist of your choice and a simple claims process. The annual joining window opens in June and will be announced on SUSSED News.

Trades & Services
Donna Byrne from the Taylor Lucas Partnership will be providing a 30-minute webinar on Tuesday 2 June at 12:30 on Microsoft Teams to discuss the free Will writing service. The University offers a Low Emission Car Salary sacrifice Scheme through NHS Fleet Solutions, to provide employees with a tax-efficient way to lease a brand new fully electric or ultra-low emission car. It is designed to provide competitively priced and trouble-free motoring, with no deposits required and the cost fixed for the duration of the lease. Insurance is included for you and up to four others, plus breakdown cover, and all servicing and maintenance.
